"I started taking from Sensei Josh and Sensei Caleb about eight months ago when a good friend recommended Champions Karate for my son. At 46 almost 47 years Old the training and classes have not only got me in great shape but also I’m learning and Training with what I would proudly say the best instructors. Classes teach self discipline, self defense and have made me a better person all around. It is a privilege to train with my son and daughter from two highly decorated National and International Champions. I would highly recommend Champions Karate to any age and experience level.
