Walmart Supercenter

"Do not use grocery pickup. After 30 minutes waiting I had to go inside and get them myself. They had six orders on a dolly sitting there with 8 people standing around talking and lounging. The manager standing there with them finally responded to me trying to get their attention. After telling him I'd been there over 30 minutes and no one had come out the doors to deliver groceries to anyone when all the pick up spots were full he said he'd get on it. 2 people went out to drop stuff off and one person started try to locate my order. 30 minutes later they push me a buggy. Not a single person went out to drop groceries to the people outside the whole time I was standing there. The manager walked back towards the area twice and turned around when he saw I was still standing there. When I took my stuff out thru automotive the 2 that had went out earlier were still out there talking and laughing with other employees."

"I usually can find my regular grocery list items and other rarely needed products easily. The "management style" (I suppose) has employees servicing customers like we're thieves. I've received and seen better treatment and overall shopping experience at the Austin Pea location--which is about the same traveling distance. I'll add: I've gone to this Walmart with someone for their 3 attempts (spaced out over time) at Auto Service on their vehicle. It was always something and NOTHING ever got done. Other Walmart Auto Centers and establishments didn't see the complaints/excuses given for non-service here. Auto Service department needs some serious help. I mean, I might as well work there if car maintenance training isn't required and it's guess work..."

"Love this store now, the. Check out lanes move fairly quickly, and unlike some other stores around here they keep their store shelves stocked up. And as far as the staff everyone I've interacted with has been very helpful and very polite."

"This Walmart at 6727 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134 has bad customer service in the grocery department! The pharmacy department is Great!!!! The Pharmacy department are Always on point! If they leave, I'm leaving! However, The grocery side is horrible!!!! A young lady was talking on her phone like she was in her own personal home. She was very loud and not paying attention to what she was doing. I notice a group of the younger staff was talking and playing and laughing and staying what they weren't going to do out loud. This store need to send their employees through training and let them know this is unacceptable!!! Walmart, YOU GOT TO DO BETTER!!!"
