"When we first reached out with interest, the owner (Josh) gave us 2 free classes to make sure it would be something our 3 year old would like before we signed up. After our son was still weary of it on the second free class, Josh gave us a third free class to give our toddler one more chance to love it. We are SO glad he did! Josh and Lawrence were able to see what part engaged our child the most and went out of their way to make sure they started the third class with his favorite activity to get him engaged. "I recommend this karate gym for sure! My child has thrived within the last almost year and a half. She has gotten out of her shell and looks forward to class all the time. Not only has she made so many friends, but that confidence and discipline is shining through. I also have made great connections with other parents and really enjoy most of the staff. The owner Sensei Josh has a grand heart and I have seen him welcome all. My daughter's teacher Sensei Laurence is a great teacher and tries his best to make class enjoyable. I really enjoy the monthly cost and haven't felt the staff push me to buy or pay for anything unnecessary."

"Great leaders. Great system for our youth to follow and accomplish. Not just getting a participation trophy. They work their little butts off in there. And learning to respect themselves and others. Love it. My son is in black belt training and almost 7 yrs old. He has chosen this himself over soccer or basketball, any other extracurricular sport right now. Don’t just waste your time finding who gives out free stuff the longest etc just get them over to HERO and start something great."
