"I'm so grateful to all the ladies working at Butters Love. Because of them, my son began using the potty at the age of 1. Because of them, my son maintained a regular nap time in his daily schedule. Because of them, I learned to find myself and find God again. I only left due to a relocation across the state, but I watched them teach my son all the things that I would have wanted him to learn. If I ever return, I will trust Butters Love again with my son. We miss you all. And I thank you all for being a part of our lives."
"Any Parent considering this daycare, please reconsider. Not only have they sent my nephew home with dirty cups and a bloody mouth after he miraculously fell and nobody saw the incident and all they did was give him “hugs and a popsicle”. I recently gotten sick with HFMD, which is an illness usually carried by children, who are in the daycare age group. My nephew is only child I’ve been around this whole summer. This leads me to believe that they do not sanitize everything properly. Their policy of Parents not being able to come inside the facility/ come inside to pick up your child or to stop in to check on the children is very peculiar to me along with their strange billing cycle."
"I write this review to tell other parents of an incident that involved my child and how it was taken of. I have a 7 month old daughter who was enrolled here at Butters Love, but she had to be taken out of daycare due to our feelings that she was left unattended with an aggressive child in the same room. We were told that they were doing a combined room the morning the incident happened, meaning a child twice my daughters age was in the same room. While my baby was minding her own in a jumper/walker this toddler came over to my child and attacked her “fast and aggressive”, because you know “that’s how toddlers are”. At least that’s the story/reason that they gave us. The daycare intervened after an unknown amount of time, but my baby still had 3 knots on the top and back of her head, an open wound to the left temple, multiple bites marks to her left eye and her forehead, and bad swelling to her left eye, and then some minor scratches to the other side of her face, all because the toddler apparently was after one of her toys. I do not know how big this toddler was, but my daughter is a little small for her age and she was clearly overpowered and brutalized. The daycare applied neosporin to her open wounds across her face/head, filled out an incident report and called us, her parents, to inform us of the situation. We picked our child up at 0800/0830 am. The other child unfortunately remained at the daycare for the rest of the day due to not being able to contact the mother. The daycare sat down with the mother of the other child and let her know the situation, to which she was not surprised according to the daycare. They terminated the child from being able to attend the daycare any longer after only attending for 2 days in total and encouraged the mother to get her child seen. I don’t write this review to slander any party involved in this incident, but people should know that this happened while under the care of individuals who should be watching our children and maintaining a safe environment, because that’s what we pay for. The extent of my child’s injuries make it seem as though there was no provider in the room with our children at the time of the incident, that the aggressor was not properly supervised for his first week as a new student, and that the mother was not concerned about enrolling her “known to be” aggressive child with other children. I pray that this does not happen to any other children and that Butters love can still prosper, but have better policies to prevent any other children from being injured."
"Butters Love is wonderful! Both of my kids have a wonderful time and look forward to going everyday! They are always doing special activities and events for the kids and parents. Mrs.&Mr. McRae are always flexible and treat us like family. I know my kids are cared for and loved while attending. We will miss them when we move!"
"I love Butter's Love Academy! From the day I toured the center, I knew that this was the place for my children. Mrs. Mcrae and staff are VERY involved in investing in planting the seeds of success in each child. The children not only get an educational foundation but also a moral foundation. I am highly pleased with their services and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Butter's Love Academy for welcoming our family and caring about my children as your own!"
