"I was a huge fan of Best Buy until the poor customer service I’ve experienced over the last couple of months. The disconnect lies within their national call center that you are directed to every time you call. The place is full of broken English and clueless reps. I have spent some money at Best Buy in 2023 and they will not see another dime from me until they get rid of that awful call center. It would be nice to speak to someone in the store."

"Fantastic customer service. A family member wanted a Quest 3 for Christmas and had been saving up for it for a long time. All other in-person retailers were sold out with the exception of best buy. We placed an order online to pick up in store. When we arrived at the store (day after Christmas) it was very crowded and only had 2 check out lines, which were combined with the pickup line. We got into the line together and began to wait, but shortly afterwards an employee came and asked if we had a order for pickup. She then said that she wanted to help us get out as quick as possible, and brought the order right to us with a smile so we didn't have to wait in the line with everyone else who was wanting returns or to checkout. The gesture was much appreciated! I've also had positive experiences with people helping me load a desk into my car, helping me trade in my phone, and pickup other items. Thank you so much best buy!"

"I bought a phone with a free two-year warranty and after three months the phone broke, I took it back to the store and Best Buy did not want to repair it, they said they were authorized. They only tell you lies to sell the warranty that supposedly covers everything."

"This Best Buy location took care of all my needs. I purchased a new HP Chromebook and wired mouse for a good price and everything worked great once I got it home! The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They were very informative about all the features of the computer and warranty information. I would recommend this Best Buy location!"
