"Pretty much the same as all the others. In my opinion customer service coukd have definitely been better. We were not even acknowledged by a single employee during the 30 minutes we were in there. The cashier seemed rude."

"I go October 2,2023 to buy wrestling gear for my grandson and when I check in the aisle for this sport the item I try to buy is out the manager (Jeb) saw me and ask what I need I explain to him and he said “don’t go I check the inventory in the back” A few minutes later he found what I need. He so nice and helpful also knows so much about everything in the store.This kind of manager are rare and please for the company keep Jeb he is great asset for the company. Also when I go to the register (Laura) is the cashier. She is so nice and proper and offer me the credit card for the store. I enjoy my shopping that day and of course I comebak. Jeb and Laura make the customers what to comeback. That is the reason and many more is one of my favorites sport store. Thank you."

"STELLAR service in the shoe department from Ethan-he has the patience of a saint. "Customer Service" up front not so much. I had to purchase a gift card, and as I was counting out the cash, Laura, the cashier impatiently tapped her fingernails on the counter (I guess it's a good thing I wasn't paying in singles). This triggered a great deal of anxiety, and I completely forgot whatever else it was I needed to take care of at checkout. When I spoke to a manager, he was surprised and stated that she was usually the friendliest cashier he had. I agreed with him, as she was very charming to the male customers in front of me, but when it was my turn, she became completely cold. This is the first and the last time I will spend money in this store."

Was looking for some sunglasses And there were sunglasses put under the register that wasn't out on display the lady pulled them out for me and let me look through every single one of them. She deserves a raise. Excellent customer service. And even though I didn't buy any she was not upset at all."
