Vinny, a certified strength coach with nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, leads our team. He has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from 9 years old to 70 years old, and from various sports disciplines. Vinny's passion for sports and athletic training is evident in his dedication to providing long-term sustainable training options for all clients.

Our adult strength workouts focus on improving movement, increasing strength, and enhancing overall athleticism. Each session includes a power/speed component, a strength block, and a conditioning piece. For athletes, there is more emphasis on power, speed, and extended strength work.
