"The people that I dealt with trying to get a refinance loan were extremely unprofessional, unwilling to listen, and rude at times. Less than one day before closing, I got information that I had to pay upwards of $10,000 for “liens” that do not exist and have not existed anywhere else. Then, I went to the closing table at a previously scheduled time and got told that I was rescheduled after sitting there for 10 minutes and driving over an hour to get there.
