"Horrendous customer service from this company and their parent company Erie. I’ve never had a problem with them, until I tried to do something as simple as review my policy. I went to setup an online account and when confronted with security questions, it autogenerated an answer that was correct contrary to their knowledge, so it locked me out. I called both help lines. The after hours help desk person transferred me to the exact line I told them I called previously that didn’t have anyone to answer. This is 2022, you all should be better with technology and customer service than this."
