"Came with a family member to bring in a ferret to get checked out. This was a very horrible experience, first we waited over an hour to be placed in a room. (We had an appointment) The Veterinarian finally comes to the room first thing he says it is probably cancer! Then it's a sinus tumor, everything he said is a death sentence. I've worked in the Vet field for years, you do not jump to the worst case scenario to a client. (Without evidence) This vet hadn't even done an exam or any testing. Finally got an x-ray and blood work still no definitive answer. I can understand; what I don't understand is why this doctor keeps saying it's cancer or a tumor. If you don't have an answer that is understandable but telling a family that there pet is dying without a conclusive answer is horrible. We ended up spending about 4 hours in this office when it wasn't crowded or busy. We will not be coming back to this practice."

"Thank Heaven for this specialty vet! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Dr Snow's experience and attitude eased my anxiety right away. I went in a basket case and left with confidence that my bird had been taken care of. My bird is not an easy patient to work with but their patience and know how took care of that too. I recommend them very highly. On another point, I didn't have to mortgage the house to pay the bill. Definitely 5 stars"

"We’ve had six dogs over the years and could not have been happier to have had Dr Snow and the rest taken care of them. In fact had to take one to the overnight emergency vet and they over medication him and he cried all the night and the next day, Monday when Berclar opened Dr Snow checked him out, took him off the medication and 6 hours later he was back to normal.4 of our fur babies."

"Super nice and professional staff. After dealing with non-caring veterinarians, Berclair is a breath of fresh air. The vet is very attentive and told me things about my cat, I didn't know. Recently adopted a puppy and will be registering her at Berclair Animal Hospital."
