"First off, the girl was rude and not helpful in determining what type of cut I wanted for my puppy. She offered zero suggestions and instead whipped out her credentials and started flipping through them as fast as she could. She cut him the exact opposite of what I said I wanted. He looks absolutely ridiculous. I had to go home and clean up the mess she made out of his face and ears. I will NEVER return and use that groomer again. Ever. She is unprofessional and also terrible at her job despite the number of “credentials” she might have. She is a terrible reflection on your business."

"Brooke set up my dogs appt over the phone and added services I didn't ask for. When I went to pick up my dog, I had no choice to pay for it because the girls were unfriendly and finally said "I'll get my manager" who never showed. I don't have time to sit around and wait. If you're a manager, act like one! And to the girls at the desk for pick up, do your job vs. literally just repeating yourself 'the service has been completed we can't change it' and just stare like a lost child. I fully tipped the groomer 21% because it wasn't her fault. We won't be back...corporate America hiring cheapest labor they can find!"

"Denise was amazing! From the time we spoke on the phone I already felt how sensitive and loving she would be. Met her with my 2 non stop barking pups and she was extremely patient and with a smile in her face at all times. She took some time to talk about hairstyles and cuts and I absolutely loved what she did with my shorky. I will absolutely place them in her hands again as it has been the nicest he has ever come out from a groomers."
