"I do not recommend this company at all. We came to them early in 2023 seeking help with out-of-wack books for our business, and wrong tax filings from the previous few years. We paid them a big amount of money for them to amend the taxes that were messed up by another firm. And to fix/clean up our books. We were under the assumption that everything was good and going fine. Until this tax season(spring 2024) when they wouldn’t respond back for days because each time we emailed, they kept telling us that the books are out of balance. And that they didn’t have time to fix it. And that we needed to fix it ourselves and then present them with it. We then reached out to another Accountant to get a fresh set of eyes, and after combing through all of our business records, he found out that “HB Financial Group” had put bandages on stuff to essentially make it eligible to file for taxes. But never actually corrected the books, and didn’t write off ANY of our purchases. Also, once we discovered how messed up all of our business stuff was, we tried reaching out to Melissa twice via email. And received no response when we confronted her about how she basically screwed us over. So now we are having to spend a great deal of money to the new Accountant to fix all the stuff that HB Financial Group was paid to fix last year."
