"I work for a health care agency. Service with this pharmacy has been so poor, we are now telling clients we will not send prescriptions to here. Pharmacy staff tell clients they never received prescriptions from us, though we have the electronic confirmation. Pharmacy staff do not answer calls when we attempt to reach a live person. Pharmacy staff apparently do not listen to voice mails left, as they also deny receiving verbal orders for medications."
