"1 star because they were nice in person. Spent 40 days trying to connect with someone about my gun that I needed returned. Sent two emails to the shipping guy with no response. Sent one to the GM with no response and called 7 times throughout the 40 days trying to get information or someone to call me back. Gun was returned to the dealer after 40 days, thankfully but customer service as you can imagine left a lot to be desired. I’d caution doing busy here if shipping is involved."

"Great Lanes , Target is steady once its at the Range you want. ie It doesnt wobble and you have to wait for it like other Ranges . Has Ballistic Sig Glass between lanes in case someone doesnt have their weapon pointing down range and discharges it . Thank You Nashville Armory for letting me re Zero ( after i hit the red dot on pavement ) my weapon an hour before you closed . Recommend to all ."

"Dakota is the bomb! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner- just a take a class with him. You won’t regret it! I came in as a non-confident/ not good shooter, and I left as someone that actually now enjoys shooting and can properly hit a target. I’m amazed at the progress I made in just this 1 private session with him. I already have my next session with Dakota booked and will then most likely move on to group classes. Dakota is very patient and has a way of explaining things real well to where it just “clicks”. You can tell that he loves what he does. As for the facilities- Nashville Armory is as nice as shooting ranges come. Everyone I’ve met has been real nice and helpful."

"I came to this range first time as a Canadian tourist in November and the staff were incredibly helpful, profesional, educational and polite. I bought some 9mm ammunition and 7.62 the prices were quite good compared to other places I’ve been to. The range was really nice and the range staff went above and beyond! Next time I’m in this city I’ll be coming back!"

"We had a awesome experience taking the Enhanced Concealed Carry class with Jerod as our instructor. He kept everyone engaged during the class to ensure the material was retained for real life scenarios versus what would be needed to simply pass the exam. I think most would pass the exam using common sense alone. We highly recommend taking this class!
