"Typical Walmart overrun by people who do not value anything but themselves. Usually have all but a few self checkouts off, even with all us "employees" lined up waiting to leave."

"The low score is in reference to the store pickup process. I received an email that said "let us know you're on the way" but there was no choice to check in on arrival. There is an area with several parking spaces near the pickup sign, however all of the spaces were taken by parked cars with no one in them. The individual spaces were not clearly marked for use of pickup customers only. I did not get my item. I called customer service & explained. I was told they could check me in, but again, there were no open parking spaces, making location description difficult. No one could tell me how to pick the item up inside the store. This process clearly needs an overhaul."

"It was one of the cleanest Walmart that I have been to. Courteous and friendly staff. Of course, it's in Brentwood. I drive from Antioch to do my grocery shopping."

"Do not rely on electric scooter use here. Nightmare for person with disability. I am on crutches and had to use the electric scooter. 1) On the way in, 2 scooters in cart return area were dead battery. 2)We got in the door and 2 out of 3 had out of order signs, the other didn't work when I tried it. Luckily, my husband was with me to go to complete other side of store while I waited for him to bring me a scooter that ran. If I'd been alone, then what? 3.)The scooter I had said it was charged but it quit working 6 times as I went through the store with it randomly stopping and I sat there stuck, blocking aisles, embarrassed and just stuck until it decided to start running again. 4)He went and tried to get me a different one that worked but there were not any. Probably because 8 are totally inoperable. 5)We passed two scooters with dead batteries just left in store aisles. 6)There was another one on our way out that we checked in the parking area and it was also dead. That is a total of 9 scooters not working properly, with 8 of those completely inoperable. NINE not working properly. It seems that no one is taking care of charging these, let alone checking on them at all. Also, many aisles were blocked with pallets. Walmart could at least leave every other aisle or every few unblocked so that wheelchair riders don't have to go down nine aisles and turn around just to get to the thing they need. Lastly, handicapped spots were taken up by vehicles with no placard or plate, but that's the least of my concern. Just be prepared if this matters to you. I would call and talk to the store, but it's impossible to do. Go ahead and try it. You'll get nowhere. Message the store? Nope. You'll get a bot that can't do anything. Go to Target or somewhere else more reliable. Mobility is already hard enough for people with an injury or disability, but Walmart, you managed to actually make it harder."
