"NO RESTROOMS EVEN FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS - security has extreme attitude problem sales associates are great security is horrible. Large male security guard refuses to unlock restroom and prevents no loss. Only loss is Burlington hiring him for nothing. Cashier is always just one person too they’re always nice tho all the employees are great with the exception of security. This is 2/14 at 12:20pm. This is why no one shops here, I’ll go to TJ Maxx instead. TN has the restroom access law btw. It’s illegal. I suggest everyone to file a formal complaint via the ADA you can do it online. It’s highly illegal."
"This store is an okay version of Burlington. It is slightly messy compared to Bellevue Burlington. They have closed the public restrooms, which makes it virtually impossible to shop with toddlers. Engagement with security (only employee I could find on floor) was unhelpful and disappointing. I will just take the extra drive to Bellevue for a better experience."
"Good place to go if you are looking for EVERYTHING! LOL! Lots to choose from, clothes, shoes,pillows, comforters,etc. They were pretty busy and had only one cashier, but she was fast and very nice! I give them a four only because clothes and shoes were scattered everywhere. I had to dig through a few things to get what I wanted. Overall though a very great place to shop. I will definitely be going back!"
