"I purchased a washer a Week ago When I checked everything to make sure it was working. The event was off the back of the driver had already left. I called customer service already return my call. But was not any help. Whathowever so I continue to call customer service at least 3 times And I asked to speak with the manager and the lady told me the manager would call me back. No one has called me back to this date. Customer service at madison best buy is terrible"
"Friendly environment without pushy employees which is very good. Their selection is getting less and less each year. Seems to inky be focused on the main hot things and TVs now. Still a great store nonetheless."
"Great experience with the installation crew, they mounted our TV and answered all our questions. The original TV we purchased would not work for the opening we have and they returned it to the store and brought another one that would work the same day."
"Went to this location Oct 2023 looking for laptop. There were very few employees in the store. Waited for one to become available. Advised what I was looking for. They looked up the specs online to see what laptop would fit my needs but advised they don't really have many products on display for customers to see and limited products in stock at the store. He advised that now days, Best Buy just assumes/expects customers to walk in, tell Best Buy the product they want, and either Best Buy has it in stock or they will order/ship it to them. What's the point in having a store if you can't see the product you are interested in? Per the employees advisement and because they didn't have any of the computers on display or in stock, I went home and ordered it online. No point to visit or purchase from Best Buy any more I suppose. Wonder why they went away from informed helpful employees, products on display, and being able to walk into the store to buy something and take it home that day. From a business standpoint, seems like Best Buy should shut their stores down to cut cost so they can make their online products cheaper if they want to be an online only store. Would make more sense. Had another bad experience with Best Buy less than a month after this involving the computer I bought online from them. Unfortunate Best Buy seems to have moved away from quality customer service."
"Purchased a new TV online yesterday for store pickup. Got it home and mounted and when I turned it on to set up noted that there is a manufacturing defect in the plastic molding around the top which causes a constant white streak at the top of the screen. Tried to get hold of the local store where I purchased to get a member of their Geek squad or whoever to bring me out a new one and haul off the defective one. Was NOT able to reach the local store. Was instead transferred to every foreign customer service rep (which I had a very hard time understanding) for about an hour. Needless to say I am not a happy customer. I'm going to end up having to take it down, box it up and return it myself. Probably just going to ask for my money back and go buy my TV elsewhere. The only reason I bought it from here was because I expected better customer service if I needed it....WRONG!"
