"They fail to respond to time sensitive matters. Nina Rogers failed to email serval times in the past and now again about assessments taken with her. It caused my court to be postponed and hence lawyer fees now must be paid. I do not recommend this service at all, having stated my father has been deceased since 2015, they said that he currently suffers from mental illness. They are lazy and unresponsive. Do not use this service unless force to. My lawyer must now subpoena Miss Rogers to appear in court for a simple reply in the email which he could have done but has ignored. This is a last resort facility, do not use unless you're forced to."

"I’m so pleased with the services which Chance and I have received through Omni. Starting with Gary and ending with Gabe. I’m not sure of last names. Brianna Cavazza went way out of her way to help me and Chance. he had a teacher that was breaking all the rules and I didn’t know what to do Chance is a bright funny child and very smart the teacher flat out told me she didn’t have to teach chance and so his A’s an B’s turned to C’s-D’s an even a f I think but now that he has a different teacher he’s back to making A’s and B’s again I’m so proud of his success and I do believe it stems from having people in his corner that believed in him and of course getting rid of a special needs teacher that was doing more harm then good.. So no other children have to deal with what we went through.. It was such a struggle and Brianna helped us realize what we could and couldn’t do also what the teacher could and couldn’t do. I believe that the employees that you have go out of their way to help each and child and their family achieve success…"
