"Guys are full of knowledge very nice glass in this shop could spend a day just in one side of this place and possibly still miss a jewl of a piece ... Seriously don't sleep on this shop it's worth checking out"
"I've been going to High 5 for several years now and have never had a problem with any if the employees, they're very friendly and informative. And they have the best prices in town. Before I went there I checked into several places and decided on High 5 first because it's close to where I live and was so glad I did. The prices were way lower than several other stores and the employees impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. They carry high quality merchandise at great prices so I highly recommend you check them out I'm sure you'll be glad you did!!"
"Best head shop I have been to. Drove from Louisiana to west Virginia and stopped at every head shop we could. I had been searching for a ALL glass chicken. No where had it but HIGH 5. He also has a clip to match. Hand blown work, educated staff, friendly people. Will be back every trip."
"One of Knoxville's little gem. Have the best innocence in Knoxville for a great price, and the store owner is cool and full of wisdom when it comes to CBD. Don't sleep on this place."
"I had high hopes for this shop as I've had several people I trust suggest it, plus I saw a few reviews beforehand about good prices, quality and customer service–which ultimately left me somewhat confused after the experiences I had. The two stars given are solely based off of the set up of the store and that this store seems to be of high quality products, just know that means you will be paying a bit extra. It looks great, chill vibes, definitely a stoner shop. On the other hand, I had two in store customer service experiences I would have liked to go without. My first experience: As most people do, I went into the shop after self medicating, looking to get a new banger for my rig. I told the person working I was looking to get a nail. They took me over, asked all the necessary questions about size, degree, cut– some of which they had to explain to me. When I told him what exactly I was looking for, he pulled it out to show me and I saw a sticker that read 35.00. In my mind, I thought that the price seemed a bit high but I was already self-medicated to combat my social anxiety of going to a place I'd never been, so, I just said I'd take it. Then I get to the counter, they tell me it's $43.70... the tax rate is 9.25%. My greatest regret within this whole story is not speaking up about my concern that I was being overcharged and deciding "no thanks". Then, I get to my vehicle and instantly pull out the bag, there was only a small remanent of the sticker I saw. My second experience: This was the day following my first experience, I decided I would go back into the store to ask if they offer refunds. So, as soon as I walk in, I notice the huge green sign under the counter that I failed to noticed the last time which reads something along the lines of "NO REFUNDS... you may exchange for another item depending on your attitude". Including that last bit in your Sharpie sign is not only unnecessary, but shouts narcissistic personality disorder. The person at the counter asks: "Can I help you?" and I answer that I was going to ask about if you accept returns but I just saw your sign. In a professional business, thats when the person working kindly says something like "I'm sorry, we don't accept refunds but we might could exchange it for you if there is something wrong with the product". He/they ask me why I wanted to refund it and I told them flat out that I honestly feel like I paid too much, and that when I went online to look at price range (since I failed to do so before going in store) and I saw that I could get that piece somewhere else for half the price. For whatever reason, they went on to ask if I had used it– I hadn't at all. Then they carry on to say they can show me right then where online that piece could be sold for the price I bought it at, and ended the statement saying they could exchange it for something else. I told them I understand, but I didn't want an exchange. They continue on and say its really high quality glass. Again, "I understand." The interaction ends with "well we don't do refunds." Overall: I felt like my time was not only wasted, but I felt flat out disrespected. They could have simply let me go after I said I wanted a refund but saw they don't offer them. Instead they toyed me along condescendingly to wind up ultimately telling me unprofessionally they don't accept refunds. Obviously it's hard times right now but don't take advantage of me or try to embarrass me for being concerned about PRICE. Overall, the glass does seem to be of high quality, so I understand pricing on the higher side. But, from a business standpoint, you should probably offer different qualities of your popular products–like bangers, because who would have guessed it, glass breaks–so that you can cater to a wider selection of customers. I know my last one only lasted a bit over a month, so again, I wasn't looking to spend $40 on something I know is bound to be broken."
