"I had my son at the beginning of COVID, April 2020. I was 31 weeks when I had him. I cussed (then)Dr Hobdy during contractions and she never missed a beat to be helpful. She helped me stay on my goal of a natural birth. I've never seen a doctor run as fast as when I screamed "I have to push NOW" when she was trying to contact nicu again. 1 push and he was born. 10/10 recommend for a level headed doctor in high stress situations. She immediately started recesitation of my 3lb 3oz gray baby. Everyone was silent in that room except me. Immediately after birth I received a phone call that my adopted mother passed away and Dr Hobdy along with what seemed to be every nurse ran into the room when they heard my sobs. I'm hoping I didn't give them as much PTSD as I have myself from that night."

"Dr. Hobdy delivered my daughter and she is amazing and upbeat! She was the on call OB when I went in to be induced. The nurses all told me how wonderful she was and they were completely right. I ended up needing assistance and Dr. Hobdy was very straight forward of what could happen if I decided to go ahead and have her assistance with a vacuum. She gave off such a happy and peaceful vibe when she came into the room. If I wasn’t a high risk pregnancy I would have her as my OBGYN for my next pregnancy"

"She's wasn't my actual obgyn at fort Sanders but she was the obgyn on call for the day I scheduled to be induced she was very nice and completely wonderful all the nurses said she was great before I met her. It ended up I had to have a C-section and as the nurses told me Dr hobdy is the fastest doctor to do a C-section (I wasn't worried about how fast labor was just wanted it to be safe) she was fast. I had my baby 9 minutes after the surgery started. I felt no pain and was even walking 3 hours after birth! She's a wonderful obgyn and with my next child I would consider her. And recommend her to ANYONE!"
