"Update: Since Michele didn't respond to several emails I sent, I decided to try the Shag Shop again by making an appointment with Rob. I had to cancel with less that Michele's 24 hour mandate, but that shouldn't have mattered because I gave them plenty of notice and had made the appointment less than 24 hours in advance. The most recent appointment I made with Rob was for today, 2-8-24 at 5:40 PM, but when I checked my emails after 2:30 I found one that said it had been canceled and there was no explanation why. I went onto the website and scheduled an appt. with Rob for 2-9 at 5:40 and asked why they canceled today's appt. I received an email at 3:04 stating my appt. had been accepted, but then another at 3:06 said it had been canceled. I sent an email to Michele to ask what happened, but she ignored the email just like she was doing when I decided to go to another barber before. Has Michele turned into the word used for a female dog? Is that why Ivan left? - - - Approx. 2 months ago: Michele did a good job cutting my hair several times during a few years. The last time I needed a haircut, I sent several messages asking if she would be able do it without an appointment. Since she never responded, I found another place to have my hair cut."
