"I recently visited this barber shop and was disappointed with my experience. She seemed overwhelmed by a couple of walk-in customers and rushed through my appointment. As a result, my haircut was poorly executed and my beard was lined unevenly. The unevenness was particularly noticeable on one side, where the line was crooked and sloppy. The overall experience was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated. I won't be returning to this shop again."

My appointment was at 12:00, and while I was 11 minutes late (my fault), the staff insisted I was 15 minutes late due to a clock set 4 minutes fast. Lan, the owner, was extremely rude throughout, even calling me at 11:58 to inquire about my arrival. Despite acknowledging my tardiness, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. I attempted to reschedule, but the online system was unclear about the cancellation process. When I booked another appointment, I received a call at 12:45 from Lan, screaming about causing problems in their business. This aggressive behavior continued, and she canceled all my future appointments. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the level of rudeness displayed was disproportionate. I have supported this business for a long time, but I cannot overlook such unprofessional conduct. My intention is not to harm the business, but I cannot recommend it based on this experience. It's disheartening to see a lack of customer service and professionalism, particularly from the owner."
