"My stylist was Yen. I'll start by saying, the 4 stars is because I specifically chose this place as i wanted to use my Rad card. This place was on the Rad card app and i wanted to use the funds from there. When booking the appointment, I confirmed they take Rad card and was told yes, she said she thought I said credit card. Very disappointed with this, I absolutely would have chose another place that took my Rad card had I of known. However, the cut was great. My straightener's are not very good, so she had to do it again once I was there. My hair is very thin so she did what she could to get it close to what I wanted. At the end she gave it a little curl too. I like the curl too. Yen was very nice, polite, and responsive to my questions prior to the cut. Prior to booking the appointment, I had called and left a voice mail (it was a holiday) to call me back. My call was returned promptly the following day. The place and location was lovely, bright and overlooking the lake."
