"I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment to be told it was actually scheduled for twenty minutes later than I had chosen, then they not so nicely told me it'd be closer to that time. Flat out lied to my face. I went to the store and returned 5 minutes before the fake time and they told me it'd be a short wait. I waited 30 minutes. I have now wasted 1h 15m here and actually have somewhere to be so I walked out, unserved. These people are unfit to perform their own jobs and let customers walk in and out because of the extra times caused by the cashier not working. Stay away."
