"Had my hair cut here a few weeks ago, when I came in I explained exactly what I wanted and showed pictures. My hair was at a grown out a line stage. I wanted to go a little shorter to make the a line have some body and take some weight off my hair. Nothing too crazy! I've had it cut this way plenty of times. My stylist name was Taylor, she was a very lovely girl. I couldn't really see over the counter into the mirror while the chair was really low. When she was done cutting it, it felt light and looked really short, my a line was gone but I honestly couldn't get a feel for it until I came home to style it myself. When I did, I realized it wasn't stacked at all and it was just dealing disappointing. I wanted to give her a chance to fix it, but she hasn't replied to my personal text. Really disappointed and for the cost at all! Update, the stylist messaged me back two days later: I don’t think I would be able to fix it for you. I don’t see what you mean. I do understand that the inspo picture is shorter in the back then we cut yours. The front of yours is the same length as the picture I’m my opinion. I don’t know what I would be able to do to make you like it. **it should have been stacked a line.Not a bob. Pictures: before after and last one is what Ai asked for."
