"It's an okay auto parts store. I once bought an oil pump for an 05 accord here new but it was technically refurbished in store. The alternator was the only thing that was new. Make sure to double check the parts if they are new or refurbished / reconditioned etc. If you don't have an emergency then I recommend rock auto or even a junk yard for used OEM parts."

We went to Auto Zone and they found us the part we needed and he replaced it and had us back on our way in no time. "The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because we called ahead of time to see if they had a certain battery for our Prius. We have no other form of transportation and this Autozone is almost 2 miles away from our house. They informed us that they did not have that specific battery and told us that we needed to come inside the store to order it in person that we couldn't order it over the phone. So my husband & I decided to walk down there and we got down there and they told us that they DID have 2 in stock!! Well like I said before, we walked all the way there so my husband ended up having to carry this battery all the way back home! Had we known that they had the battery in stock we would have brought a wagon or something to carry it in! Maybe next time let the person know that you have something! Don't bait them to come in to order something when you already have it! That battery is pretty heavy to carry all the way back 2 miles! And yes they were aware we were walking!"
