"I just stopped asking for layers because I don't believe she knew how to do them. I could have had my husband cut it better. I asked to have it thinned and layered. My hair was really long and now I'm sorry I had it cut! It is going to cost me extra to go get it fixed! Will not be returning to Great Clips! My husband got a cut too and it was choppy and uneven. She didn't do what he asked either. This is two DIFFERENT people that took care of us. Not good!"
