"Nancy provided the best massage ever! I can see why Spawell is rated 5 stars. The facility is beautiful and calming. All of the staff were very friendly. I had a signature massage scheduled with Nancy, and it was truly an amazing experience! I added the CBD enhancement, which I've never tried before. The massage was relaxing and adjusted to my preferences in terms of pressure, and problem areas. I highly recommend booking and requesting Nancy if you can!"

"Nancy really made this spa visit worthwhile. Her massage was great. She has a rare ability to make a 50 min massage feel longer. I am an avid spa enthusiast and plan to return simply to get another massage with her. The facilities are not the best and some of the little touches of a high end spa are missing. For instance, lounge chairs are needed in the relaxation area not on the back patio, because it is winter. A small bench or seat in the showers. Empty boxes of tissue on the sinks. Very little explanation about food options or the complimentary sparkling wine would have been nice. I purchased a Travelzoo voucher so I am able to ignore these missing touches but had i paid full price, I would be disappointed. The 5 stars belong to Nancy’s hands."

I felt like she was very connected and in tune with what my body needed versus just going through the motions. I highly recommend Nancy!"

"Today i spent the day at the Spa Well Napa Valley with my wife. Nancy was the first technician I had for my massage. She did an excellent job!! I got the deep tissue. Nancy adjusted just how she needed to. She hot stones as well. Lol, I am sooo not used to these kind of services. I felt so spoiled...lol. It felt great!! Thank you Nancy for doing such a great job. Brittany was my technician for the scrub. She was great! She made me feel very comfortable and her technique of applying the scrub was great. As a guy, you never think about the benefits of these types of pampering but you should. Thanks Brittany!! In between our massages e had lunch brought out to the patio area. I worked with the manager in arranging our lunch. They also accommodated us by having two bottles of champagne waiting for us. One to enjoy before our massage and the other during our lunch. This was the best experience. My wife loved it, I totally "hit it out the park" with the help of the staff at the spa. If you have thoughts about doing the same, please call ahead. The spa gets booked really quick. It's NOT a good idea to wait. Book ahead and you won't regret it. Thanks to everyone at the Spa who helped make our last day in Napa special!!"

"I highly recommend this spa for the perfect relaxation. All the staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. I had a massage with the CBD balm. Evelyn was amazing! I will definitely be booking my next appointment soon! They have many cute items for sale too in the boutique."
