"Awful experience with this storage insurance. I kept being charged many months after I cancelled the policy. I tried and called but never went through and no replies after leaving messages either. Initially I tried to cancel online but it didn't work. Finally cancellation went through, so I thought, but a "pending cancellation" message remained which I thought would be perhaps their network slow process. A few months later I found out cancellation was still pending for unknown reasons. I was still charged monthly for a storage unit that I didn't even have anymore. Finally I wrote to the website email and I received a replied denying me any refunds whatsoever. Best advice, don't go by the price and stay away from this shady business. I'm just going to stick to well-known insurance companies from now on. Lesson learn."

"SnapNsure charged an annual renewal on my credit card for a storage unit I no longer owned. Honorable companies give you prior notice that a renewal is coming so that you have a chance to cancel. This company gave no prior notice and since I did not see the charge until after 30 days later they will not refund the money, even though I can provide proof that the storage unit was closed. This is not an ethical practice. I was charged for a year of service I did not need. My money should be returned to me. Buyer beware."

"Awful company. Inexpensive for a reason. Called Customer Support was told they just take the money and no one can answer questions I have. I canceled my policy, and they refuse to provide refund for services not provided. Spoke with a rep whom I think gave a fake name - 'Matt Thomas' refused to provide any other information and claimed that he is the only manager at the company and does not report to anyone else. **Update** Order #339630 is my most recent order. Not sure why you don't see me in your system. It is under a Business Account."

"Good pricing but I had one problem. When I first started my policy, I did it to keep renewing at six month pricing. When I was set to renew, I wanted to do a month to month policy and it wouldn't give me that option online logged into my acct. It gave me the option to do everything else except that.The office was closed. So I was automatically renewed and charged for six months and I wanted to change it. Hopefully they will correct that and give you the option to make changes online"
