Big O Tires

"Today I had an unexpected issue and Big O Tires (Aliso Viejo) saved the day! Yesterday AAA installed a new battery. However, AAA neglected to do something that would recalibrate the inside electrial system (radio, navigation, etc). I was at a loss. Since I purchased tires at Big O last September, and had a great experience, I thought I'd stop in and ask if they had any suggestions for me. Even without an appointment, Corey resolved my problem. George and Corey continue to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. I am a loyal customer!"

"I was about to leave for work, and I noticed a screw in my back rear tire and it was halfway flat. I drove slowly to Pep Boys and they told me that I would have to leave my car there for about 4 hrs and there was no guarantee that could get to it that day. I drove a little further to Big O tires there next door to Tony Pepperoni's Pizza. David, the manager, greeted me with a smile, told me he could get me on my way quickly. In less than a 1/2 hour, my car tire was patched, and other tires checked, and he casually & professionally recommended to me some additional items my car needed next time I replace my tires. I thanked him, and I asked him how much I owed him for his services and assistance today....wait for it...he told me, "Oh I am not going to charge you anything, i just hope the next time you need tires or shocks, you will think of us!" David just earned a new future customer and Pep Boys just lost one!"

"Came to get a tire patched on a Saturday morning. George helped me out, they’d were really busy but George got it done right away between other jobs. Great old fashioned customer service. Will definitely return."

"Brought my new Mustang in with a screw in the tire. Thank goodness it was between the treads. I know you can plug a tire but also know you need to plug it from the inside out to ensure it will last. Corey was awesome. Before I could even get the words out about the plug, he mentioned they plug from the inside out. They get it. Had it done in less than an hour. Customer service is second to none. Highly recommend."

"On my third visit to service a routine tire pressure sensor I left after 2 hours waiting for someone to take action. Very slow service, poor customer awareness, employees seem to value everything else over delighting a customer. The staff had no clue how long a “simple” repair was going to take so I get to sit in the hot parking lot searching for shade. Don’t trust their marketing materials proclaiming to “want your trust”. Trust is earned and this is certainly no way to do that! Across the parking lot is Tucker Tires, I will be going there tomorrow…"
