"We had a reservation for 5:45 AM for a trip from our hotel to John Wayne Airport. We received a confirmation email the day prior and thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately, the driver was not there at the assigned time. We called the driver and were told that there had been a mix-up and that he would be there in 15 minutes. We called again because he had not arrived in that time and learned it would be another 9 or 10 minutes. We called one more time and the driver was within a minute away. We were very anxious about missing our flight during this experience and it did not leave a good feeling at the end of our vacation. We contacted the company and did not receive satisfaction."
"Had a great experience with our pickup at LAX to Disneyland and also our pickup at Disneyland back to LAX several days later. We had Don as our driver both ways. He was very friendly and punctual. The car was super clean and luxurious. Don drove very safely and I felt very comfortable with him as our driver. He had great communication and even though one of our flights was delayed, he was monitoring our flight the whole time and still ready for us."
