Due to my own circumstances I ended up going elsewhere for the work, but I would not hesitate to recommend 714 Auto. The estimates he gave me were very reasonable."

"Great service, quick and friendly attention, they makes me feel very comfortable. My car got repair in the same day even when I arrived by noon. The price is about the same as the dealer but the service was a way better. They use only OEM parts, (according with them) at least I got the same warranty as the dealer. I will definitely come back. The inspect my car at no extra cost and game the list of I need in the near and far future, they were very honest and gave me some advises. "One only needs one word to summarize this shop: Fantastic. I came to 714 because some other mechanics I had elsewhere arguably swindled me a bit with two of my break rotors and left my car in a state where it would violently shake whenever I would hit the breaks at higher speeds. This left me feeling anxious whenever I would drive so obviously something needed to be done. When I met with Joe and the crew, they did something I’ve never experienced before: after giving me a free assessment on my car, they walked me under the lifted car to point out all the various issues they saw with it and what fixes they recommended be made either there or elsewhere. I’ve never had mechanics do that and not only did it show they are really competent, it absolutely helped to establish trust. I ended up having them fix all the issues they saw since my car hadn’t had any major work done in many years. The prices were fair and this crew was amazingly efficient with the work, even with them being packed full of constant business. I highly recommend this crew after my experience and know you’ll be well taken care of with them. I’ll just add that the face of the crew Joe is an awesome dude; very friendly, down to earth. He will make sure you’re comfortable and only get the best service. He knew I was going to do a cross country trip with my car and gave my car a free check up and topped off some fluids for free before I headed out. Great guy and again an awesome overall crew. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my experience at 714 auto repair. I called after my automatic drivers side window failed to roll up. Within one day my window was repaired. I was very impressed with Joe and his customer service. Joe was very personable and made this stressful situation easy on me. As a young women mechanics can sometimes be stressful when you know nothing about cars. This was not the case at 714 auto repair. I will be coming back for future repairs and services.
