"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. My appointment was on 2/24 at 11:30 in case they want to know who did it when they see this review. I took my ONE year old for his haircut here and i CLEARLY told the person that he does NOT sit on his own and she insisted on keeping seated all by himself. Which he was not ok with. Then she proceeded to use the HAIR DRYER on a one year old and at that point he lost it and was extremely scared! I also told her what I wanted done to his hair and she clearly did not listen after I told her to stop. As we walked out I noticed his forehead had scratches from how hard she dug the scissors on his skin. At that point i was BEYOND ANGRY!!!!!!!! I did not go back in person to not cause a scene but i did call back and spoke to Ana and i was able to text her a picture of my baby’s forehead scratches and she was able to refund me my money. By far WORST EXPERIENCE EVER if i could give it zero stars I would"
"I have taken my two girls to this place for about 8 years and always had a good experience. Until the last visit during which I found out there is a new ownership. They are an absolute rip off. They charge $33 for hair cut which was totally fine. But when I was about to pay, I saw a charge of $176 and you had to at least add a 22% tip! I ended up paying $215 for two kids haircuts. Then I found out they charge $35 extra for combing the hair, $15 extra for a bow which used to be free and another $10 for I don’t know what. One of my daughter’s hair was soaking wet in cold weather and then I found out it was another extra to blow dry the hair. I will never step foot in this place. They are beyond greedy and unprofessional.Avoid!"
"Worst experience ever. Waited more than 25 minutes for our scheduled appointment. Anna was our hair stylist, she was attending someone, she knew our appointment was scheduled but irrespective of finishing her work faster, she kept on taking Instagram pics of her client's hairstyle that she did. After that she rushed my son's haircut and didn't bother to clean the hair from his face or neck. Not at all satisfied."
"Best hair salon ever! You can feel the huge difference in service and customer support with the new ownership. Very friendly and professional staff who make sure you’re satisfied with everything as soon as you step in the store. Highly recommend!! :)"
"Going in expecting to come out satisfied with my little ones haircut only to come out dissatisfied and disappointed in the mediocre haircut that was given to my child. The cut was not even finished and the lady that did the "work" just threw in the towel. How can anyone take pride in a half a$$ job like the one my kid received? I was annoyed to pay full price for such a weak job but for the sake of my family and being civil I maintained my demeanor. Needless to say we will never come back here again. Lesson learned. What's sad is I think other stylist there at the time, a younger lady seemed like she would have done a lot better."
