The first time i got a hair treatment done, i had a wonderful time and i was beyond satisfied with the customer service and the results of the treatment. Today, i felt very rushed to getting the service done has she was already working with a customer and tried to rush and finish my haircut. A haircut and a clean up does not last less than 5 minutes... That was not the Elisa i had first met and I'm very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and way of treating me today."
