"My granddaughter 21yrs - not a child - tried explaining what she wanted and the person didn’t listen or understand - went on to burn ( the skin ) around her nails with the electric file - the worst experience ever - I would recommend staying clear of this salon -"

"I have been here many time, and the last few times my nails came out horrible. There are bumps and even white specs in my nails. Super disappointed in my last visit. The prices fluctuate and I even heard the someone say “sometimes we do a bad job so you guys come back more often to get them fixed”."

"I’ve only been to this place about 3 times. I got acrylics here twice. The first time was good. The second time was okay, I asked for a simple design and was denied. The customer service is okay. They don't have enough employees and the nail tech has to keep switching between clients. The last time I went was for fills, and the paint chipped HOURS after getting them done. She was rushing while painting them, leaving the layers of polish WAY too thin, uneven, and patchy. I had to peel off the remaining polish and repaint them myself, which defeats the whole purpose of going to get your nails done. I'm not going back to this business, they overcharge you. I was charged $5 for having my nails shaped. Isn't that apart of getting acrylics? Why was I being charged EXTRA??"

"I went to get a mani/pedi without an appointment but was happy that they were able to get me in. First off the 3rd nail the gentleman cut he hurt me, where he cut it way to short so i go you just hurt me he goes to still cut and I go no, stop. Second, my nails after he was done were crooked, pointy and uneven. He barely even scrubbed the bottom of my feet and there was no even partial massage. Ok, maybe this is there standard but nothing like I am used to. At this point i decided not to get a manicure and the lady (Tina) was rude and upset that i said i came in wanting one and now said no. She came over to paint my nails as i was trying to fix some of my nails rips the toe separators out between my feet buffs the top and then paints my toes tells me wait 5 mins and walks away. I send the payment and Tina keeps saying i can't leave until she gets the zelle payment on her phone. I say i understand that she goes no it needs to ring on her phone as if i was going to run off. Not the experience I was expecting at all."
