"Today I got the opportunity to visit House of polish for the first time. The hospitality and the atmosphere was great. I was in a lot of pain with two ingrown toenails and Helen did an awesome job getting me out of that pain. I got the I classic pedicure and she worked with me until the discomfort was gone. The last time I had ingrown on my toe. I went to the Collections and did not get the service I got at House of polish No comparison. There was a customer that came in after closing hours and they still took her. I’ll be back, Thank you House of Polish."

"I made my appointment online the night before (very happy they offer this service) & this was my first time to this salon. I was greeted by a very friendly woman who saw my name & appt time & immediately took me back to start my pedicure. I was offered a beverage which I thought was a nice touch (they offer mimosas!). My nail tech was very sweet & did both my pedicure & gel manicure. I had brought my own polish for my toes & she was able to get a gel color for my hands that matched perfectly. I was very happy with my services today & will be coming back."

"Terrible … so bumpy, I never had to pay so much for such a bad job! I got my nails done Sunday but I work all week during their business hours so I could not go back to ask them to fix them. So I had to be with my nails like this."

"Came for a manicure and pedicure today. Crystal was my tech and I was less than pleased. During my pedicure she was very aggressive with the cuticle trimmer and I was cut twice. One cuticle bled the entire time during the pedicure. It took multiple paper towel pieces stuck on my toe to try to stop the bleeding. My manicure was less than stellar as well….more bleeding from one of my cuticles (luckily this was stopped quickly). My cuticles are still very rough with peeling skin underneath. At the end of my services I thought maybe she would have at least offered a small discount as an apology but there was nothing. I’ve been going to House of Polish for over 6 months now. I am usually very happy with the manicures and pedicures. I’ve had multiple techs when I’ve come in for services and have been pleased. Today was definitely not the relaxing experience I was looking forward to."
