"Had a very unpleasant experience with a middle aged woman at the front lanes. Heard her say “have a good day or don’t have a good day” to an elderly couple as she handed them their receipt. After asking how many bags I needed I told her just one. She chuckled and refused to bag my items, saying that I had too many items, handed me the bag and told me to “figure it out.” I’m not sure if she was in a bad mood, but I know that is not the right customer service etiquette one should model on the sales floor, coming from an ex-employee at 2850."

"Online ordering automatically charges for bags, even if you don't need them, and the customer service people cannot refund them even if not used. I purchased two items in fairly large boxes; they could barely fit one in each bag, and they stuck out of the end so the handles couldn't be used. They couldn't refund it even when refunding the items. This is a ripoff for consumers for Target's benefit. Target can charge 10 cents per bag and keep the proceeds, and the bags are cheap so it's almost all profit. I understand they charge $1 upfront on the order, but when I get to the store to pick up my item ask me if I need them before charging for them. This is not the first time, and is the main reason I do not shop often at Target online. I buy most things online, and would use Target much more often if this scam wasn't in place."

"I normally don't write bad reviews but I bought a pack hotdogs without checking the date that had a use by October 18th that is 13 days past. I hope I don't get bad food poisoning that both me my girlfriend and friend all ate had I saw the date I would have notified the store while I was in there. This can kill someone. Why was this pack of hotdogs not thrown away days ago? I will be contacting the store. I have my food license and I know better. I demand answers a few days past sure and that's not good but 13 days?"

"This review is for the two young ladies that were too busy to help their customers in the return/pick up orders section. I decided to place an online pick up order from the Camarillo target because I only needed to get a couple of things and didn't have time to shop in store. I arrived at this target at 4:30pm and walked to the pick up order section. When I arrived, two of the young female associates had their backs turned to the customers that were waiting in line and completely in their own world, talking about their best friend's personal drama. After standing for a minute, not acknowledged by either of the associates, I asked them if they could help me with my online pickup order, one of the associates quickly turned around and told me to wait in line, where a previous customer was already waiting. The two associates continued to talk to each other like it was happy social hour, not a professional business that is to help their customers. Luckily, a male associate stepped in to help me and the other customers that were already waiting, and I appreciated his pleasant customer service attitude and swiftly getting my order.I think overall this is a nice target, the layout is huge and there a lot of products to choose from. It is also clean and has an indoor Starbucks."
