Starbucks

"Hello. I want to share my disappointment with my Starbucks order. Ordering online, I expected convenience and speed. However, upon arrival, I found my order being prepared on-site, and I was told to wait. People arriving after me received their orders first. Why is that? The online ordering system seems inefficient. Why bother ordering online when it's easier and faster to do it on the spot? Extremely disappointed."

"I ordered two drinks and both came out watery and almost pure white in color so I immediately knew that something was wrong, as these are drinks I order from different starbucks locations regularly. I tried them both and they had no flavor to them whatsoever. I waited to get the attention of the employee making drinks and told him my issues with both drinks, he then asked if I normally order something different and that’s why the taste was so off. I said no I order this every time so he offered to remake them. He made them exactly the same as before (completely watered down lacking flavor) When I tried to say something about them still not being correct he shrugged and said “well that’s the recipe so” and walked away. I’ve never had such a huge issue with the consistency between other Starbucks locations while making these same drinks. I don’t like confrontation so I just walked out without taking either drink and drove down the street to the Starbucks on las posas and Arneil where the drinks were made correctly the first time. Definitely would recommend going there instead if you want a good drink and much more pleasant experience with staff. It’s worth the couple extra minute drive."

"I have gone to this Starbucks for a few years now, and all of the workers are always very pleasant to interact with and always leave a smile on my face!! The reason I am writing this review is because this morning I went in the drive thru and was greeting by a young woman(did not get their pronouns so I’ll refer to them as her.) She had on bright purple eyeshadow with white spiderwebs as eyeliner. The interaction with her was the sweetest and most pleasant customer service I’ve gotten in a while. Best starbucksss!!!"

"Well...It was my birthday today and all I wanted was my FAVORITE star bucks beverage. The Mocha Cookie Frappuccino. I hate to inform the creator of this marvelous drink but it had absolutely ZERO cookie in it. Can you believe that? I cant. Unfortunately my birthday was ruined. *tears streaming*"
