"There’s a middle-aged blonde woman who was downright rude and nasty. She had the audacity to raise her voice at my mother, who speaks English as her second language, and was patiently trying to explain that an item we purchased was defected and we were happy to accept store credit or an even exchange. The level of blatant disrespect and disregard for the bare minimum of customer experience was beyond anything my family and I have ever experienced. This God-awful troll of a woman raised her voice at us, at which point I asked her for her name, to which she responded she did not need to answer. Whatever her name is, she needs to at the very least do a basic customer service training. Would also recommend she washes her greasy hair along that nasty attitude."
