"Can I leave zero stars? First, I don't believe that they are located in CA - they respond in the middle of the night and shipping takes forever. Second, "hassle-free" returns is the biggest joke. I had to wait over two weeks to get them to send me a return label, and over five weeks for a refund - only after telling them at least 5 times I would submit for a dispute on my credit card if they did not. I do not recommend this company."
"A bad business. Selling grey products, no lable, no tag, the product I got you can see the labels are cut off manually, and there are ugly cut out label pieces hanging on the cloth. No washing care is also very bad. Not sure the product I got are authentic or new. The store claim 30 day free return, so far I had to pay all of my returns myself. When I email them, they will always told me to mail it back on my own expense. I never got free returns. And the clothes I got majority of time are made with bad qualities. There is no way Ulla Johnson brand dress had inner lining fabric sticking out, so I can not even wear the dress. And I returned that dress on my own expenses. Shipping also very slow, I had to ping them on every order asking when are they going to ship my order. Return, even I paid for postage, it doesn't make things easier. I had to provide my shipping tracking to them on my order when I mailed it back, but I heard nothing, and 10 days later, I asked where is my refund, they asked me again what is my order, and tracking number. I have no idea how this business selling poor quality "designer" products, and treat customer bad, and still exists. I never know the piece I ordered will be real authentic and good quality piece. And how do I get free return when the clothing doesn't fit, has defect, feels bad quality."
