"Just walked out of this place. I found a 20 dollar pair of glasses in which I liked. The manager (female short hair) came in very rude and said oh these should have not been on the floor. There were five other pairs of the same glasses on the floor and I was willing to buy them. She refused sale saying she isn’t able too yet you place them all over the floor. Just absolutely ridiclous. Lost a customer for life with her rudeness."

"Went to this location with my daughter who wanted to buy a new pair of shorts. The shorts on the wall said 30% off, so my daughter asked if it was just the wall or all the shorts. The employee informed us it was all of them. When my husband went to purchase them, he was told they weren't on sale. So he went to check a 2nd time to see where the sign for the sale was, and they said it was only the ones on the wall. So my daughter picked a pair from the wall and finally when he went to buy them they offered the sale price. That's the only reason I gave them more than 1 star. We usually love purchasing clothes from cotton on, but this location is horrible."

"False advertising. Have these buy one get one 50% off on Disney counter and sales associate says Disney is excluded. I told her they should have the signed removed, but she could care less and shrugged it off. If she had a better attitude I wouldn't have left this review."

"I thought the store was cute and the staff was friendly. She signed me up for a discount thing but didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to use it til the next day As it turns out. I actually had the coupon code qithing 13 minutes. But we had already moved on by then"

"What an unreal experience shopping here. I have been a long time cotton on customer and came across this girl who calls herself a manager. She set quite the example for her employee who continued to mistreat me. I was doing a return and a purchase. Had a tag on one item and not the other. Was dissatisfied with the material quality of one of the items and showed her the manager the receipt. She said no exceptions even for the unworn item and refused to return or exchange for the same item. She did this with an attitude and I asked to speak to manager where she said I am that. I asked for the number to corporate she said Google it. Then her employee came to assist me in the rest of the return because the manager walked away and she treated me like a nuisance. She threw the receipt at me and I asked her why she did that then she denied doing it and shunned me off. I asked for their names and they denied to give me just their first names. It was quite unreal. I was there with my daughter ready to buy more items. I’ve never been treated like this ANYWHERE. I will never be coming back to this location as long as these two are here. Here’s the manager and her employee for reference."
