"Good experience for Drive-up. The Drive-up location is in the 1st floor of the parking garage, the right side of the parking garage entrance (just follow the sign). The staff member brought the ordered items immediately."
"Have frequented this shop over 50 times and all other staff members were kind and helping, it if were not for the extremely out of character behavior of this one staff, i would not rate this place a one star. This particular staff initialed K worked at the customer service section and just made me and my friends feel offended and uncomfortable. He would loudly "annouce" his decisions to customers as though he owns this place and nobody is welcomed. Have not seen him give off a good vibe around here. Moreover, he rolled his eyes at customers who wouldn't leave at his condescending tones. Dude, it's your job to service people in needs, your job to deliver clear messages in an acceptable manner, your job to make people feel welcomed coming here."
"Buyer beware. If you are scanning prices from app l, will show you online prices not honored at store. I scanned item, said regularly $20, on sale for $10. At register it scanned as $30. I was told online sales not matched in store; but... it said REGULARLY $20. So why $30 in store?! Opted out of that one on principle. Would have thought fluke, but at the same time, same issue at register next to me."
"DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM I bought a $100.00 gift card for my daughter her on Sunday. Today she went to use it and the card had a zero balance in it. I was charged $100 but the clerk didn’t swipe it correctly. I have the receipt but the store said they can’t do anything about it. So you target just stole $100.00 from me. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM. Just Venmo the person to insure they get the money."
