Would visit this store again purely for her customer service :) They don't carry sizes bigger than XL but you can order them easily, and the selection of clothes is great and pretty."

They got a fitting room started for me, checked-in with me, and were so friendly and kind. My gift card was not working and they were trying everything to help me!!! They are the sweetest people there and they love their customers. 10/10 will be back."
"Terrible customer service. I want to spend my loft cash (last day today) and enjoy my shopping. Unfortunately, the workers here were rude with poker face. Not even greet when I entered. They rather talked with each other and ignored me. I don’t bother to spend my money in this place. One of the young associates even talked at her cell. Shop somewhere else."
"I just love this store. Every time I am there, I receive incredible customer service. They offer to get fitting rooms started, put the items I want behind the counter, and check for other sizes. They are never pushy, never overbearing, and always very helpful. In terms of sizes, you can usually find what you are looking for, although smaller sizes tend to be gone before the larger sizes. Overall, I love them and I'm sure it will remain my favorite store for work clothes for a long time!"
