"One of the worst apartments in Knoxville I've ever been to. There have been numerous leaks and sewage problems, with no one to come and fix them. I was getting my stuff moved in while getting signed onto a lease back in June, and the property manager Gail let someone break in and throw away my belongings. While trying to gather my stuff from the dumpster, she called Waste Management to have them dump everything while I my back was turned. Then tried to serve a tresspass notice to me without asking me to leave the property first, and proceeded to even have several people take pictures of me while I wasn't looking, and wthout my consent!"
"I have lived here for years and have never seen a clubhouse that was advertised the pool is never open when it’s supposed to. The manager Gail passed out ridiculous notices. 1 being she can go through peoples mail. She has never been nice not once to me or my loved ones. When asked why rent went up over 200. She stated if we did not like it, we could leave there are plenty of people waiting. But they do not know they are waiting on lies and stress.she also stated that if the ac unit broke (that are from the 60’s) I will have to pay 5000 dollars to have it replaced. She never does anything to improve this place. And she looks at everyone with disgust. I want to move so bad but this is close to schools and jobs. If you have any other options please consider it. Don’t give her any more ego. The pool rules when it is open also states you can have no guest and only swim. No toys no food no drink no music. Also she will yell if you are too loud d/t it is right by her office.she also gave her self 5 stars on here lol how sad she is the only one to compliment herself. Her name is Gail hendrix"
"I highly recommend finding a better place to live. Yes, it is very affordable, but you might pay for it afterwards when they find a way to ask for it or take you to court. Think you'll be okay because you are super organized? Well, think again, they like to make up their paper work on the spot. I give a hand to Gal for being the absolute most unprofessional and (honestly mean) property manager. I thought the reviews were lieing when they all said this but, really all the 5 stars are lieing because they wanted the $500 giveaway the company made for Google review contest. I hope this reaches you before you move in. Thank you for reading, it is worth it to spend more somewhere else."
"Lived there for 3 years it was fine until you needed maintenance or to speak to the landlord. We had several leaks that they refused to fix even one being sewage. We were planning on staying another year but they kicked us out with no explanation, saying “we don’t have to give you one”. When I asked for the property managers number Gail (the “landlord”) said she’d give me the number (never did) and slammed the door in my face. She’s rude and never follows up on anything. She stole money from several people including the maintenance men who work hard there. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them currently."
"Gail is the most unprofessional leasing manager. I dealt with an issue after my last month where SunsetRill owed me money for a deposit and half my last month's rent due to a sewer line break in my apartment that caused me to relocate early. This matter took three months of calling Gail to get her to inform the property company in charge of sending the money. She never returns calls and has even gone as far as requesting someone else to take the call in her office and then hanging up. Apartments aren't worth the hassle with who will be in charge of your administrative needs."
