"Very unprofessional. Promised us a set time to move in and they kept pushing it back time after time. Come time for our recertification and they’ve called me into there office more than 5 times for the same thing. After complying with them giving them everything they ask for. Even signed a paper saying I never received a 1099 for a portion of my Income. They email me after telling me everything is good about a month later. Shelton gave me a two day notice on a Thursday threatening to evict me and my family after putting up with them not knowing how to do there job. Then tell me iv been living here for almost 4 months not on a lease. There property is super dirty. The trash area right in front of the apartments is filthy just thrown all over the ground. Parking is very tight expect your car to get hit!! Not enough parking on top of that. If you park at the office they’ll tow you even though you have a pass they expect you to park across the street in a subway parking lot. When there’s no parking. Cops are here constantly. On top of that I know the area so you have to expect it but been shootings in the parking lot. Very inconsiderate people that work here. Not helpful at all. Would not recommend moving here."

"Love the layout and storage space. Shelton and Steve are fantastic! Can be noisy at times and shady characters (a homeless man hopped over our balcony rail and was using our outlet for his phone) but security is pretty great out there. Guest parking and close to downtown. We enjoyed our year of living there."

"I have never had someone bend over backwards to help me the way Shelton and Steve have! During the processing of getting approved I was shot and nearly died and it may seem ridiculous to some but I was so worried about getting my apartment more than ever after that happened. They were already doing everything possible to get me approved and when I explained what had happened to me they did their best to accommodate me while in the hospital. I can tell you that you will never find two more caring people in this line of work. It’s hard to find good property managers and even harder to find good people with good souls but they have it all and I am so very grateful. I can say they will always have a friend in me. They’ve made the most difficult time of my life so easy and seamless. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart!"

"I attended the leasing office @ Young High Flats today, and I had a touching experience from Shelton and Steve two funny and helpful men, who I appreciated dearly. I've had trouble finding landlords who except section 8 and when I called this property Shelton made sure things ran smooth for me and assisted in any way he could to make sure my processe for leasing with them was done properly and the process was also quick...Thank you both for the opportunity my children and I will experience in a better living environment. I'm grateful and happy for the future."
