"Living at the Landings was an incredible experience! I decided to come to Knoxville last minute, and was fortunate enough to find these apartments on the river. Lauren, the apartment manager, was so amazing and helpful with anything I needed. There is a pool, gym, and nice greenway right below the apartments. Far enough away from campus to avoid the noise, but close enough to walk. Would highly recommend living here to anyone."

"This apartment had my vehicle towed twice in a single day despite it being authorized to be in the lot. They denied any responsibility and left the $300+ charges up to me. They allow the tow company to do as they please despite how sketchy and unprofessional the business is."

"The Landings is amazing! The staff are friendly and helpful! This location is great and the view of the river is so pretty. The commute for me to UTK is so quick and I rarely experience traffic! For the price you pay (and comparing to other apartments in the area) this is by far the best deal! Very quiet unlike some apartments. Neighbors have all been very friendly and some have even become friends. You can’t go wrong here!"

"Me and my husband just moved here from Indiana last Friday, I rented the apartment online just from seeing pictures, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when when we opened the door to our place. It was beautiful the ceilings were unbelievably high the wood floors are so pretty and it’s beyond spacious,and it’s so dog friendly and all the people are so nice here. I LOVE IT oh and I almost forgot the location of this apartment is awesome and the view is beautiful"
