"I love this place and Sam is on top of everything! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but here. It's my little piece of heaven so quiet and convient to everything and secluded. The maintenance is out of this world. My mom worked for Ms. Shay looking over Evergreen, Homestead,and Oak hill properties in the ninety's she was a amazing woman and well respected. Her son Sam is her greatest accomplishment as my mom would say. I have problems and she would be proud of the man he has become. Anything that happens in my dwelling is my fault or the fault of my caregivers. He is honest and I as a tenant have to abide his wishes as this is his lively hood. Ms. Shay and my mom were friends, and I however my situation works out I am privileged that I got to live here as long as I have after the death of a loved one he had extreme compassion and understanding of my situation and Kristi is a amazing office manager who is tough on the outside as she needs but a sweet understanding woman who does her job and is very good at it. She is the one who pushed me to get help for my loved one, however when I did it was too late, he passed a few days later. They are the best people in the world and I hope you get the pleasure of renting from them as they are caring, understanding, and I have never met anyone other than Susan Shay like this. He is his mother's son. She was a wonderful woman, my mom worked for her and she was an amazing artist, if you look in the office her painting is in there."
