"The new management (Rand Property Mgt as of April 2022) has been SO helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to within minutes, Holly (our property manager) calls regularly to check in on any issues, and every staff member I’ve spoken to has been so kind + helpful. I genuinely feel like they care about me enjoying my experience as a resident. The unit is so beautiful and a really great deal for the price! Spacious, modern finishings, etc. We’ve had a few maintenance issues since living here, but Rand solves the issue/responds much faster than we ever expect. I am so thankful that Rand bought this property. They have made it so much more enjoyable living here!"

"These apartments are great for older students and young adults! They have updated appliances and no carpet. The outside patio is a great touch. The closets are huge and an added bonus. Chris the onsite manager is awesome and always around to help. The landlord is also super helpful and easy to reach."
