"Try to put in application was not told hade make $2700 month before bringing back application. Once brought back application was told could not turn in application cause only make $2400 a month. I do understand policy but way it was stated too me not mention I have lived somewhere and paid 875 + 250 KUB for 3 years never missed payment but it was never considered"

"Just don't do it. Don't even think about it. I know, cheap rent is hard to pass up and frankly I wish we did in the beginning. We moved in 2016. Have regretted it ever since. We were told we could get a downstairs apartment and just pay the $100 transfer fee once one came available. Every single week I was in the office asking and even though downstairs apartments were available, we were not allowed to get one. Despite what was said prior to moving in. Also, prior to moving in, we were not told about a previous tenant passing away in a fire just before. There are apparently 2 god tenants who live in the complex, whatever they say or complain about, its automatically true, regardless of your side of the story. The apartment's policies are not enforced by the apartment complex. Our deck is falling apart, we have had 2 wood pieces (one on the floor of the patio, and one from the railing) come off in the last 2 months and they have not done anything about it. So our son cannot go on the deck without risking to fall through to the 1st floor. The deck sways side to side during wind. One post holding the deck up is about an inch away from coming off the concrete. Yes, its slanted outward that bad. The neighboring building's roof looks like waves in the ocean. Our privacy fence is so flimsy I'm sure if you were to lean on it, it would fall over. They allow pets, yes, and claim that the pet must be under 25 lbs. Well I've seen residents that have German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and even one had a Bull Mastiff. You go to get one and poof you are in the wrong. But yet they can have one. Nobody picks up after their pets, so your kids will run and play in the yard and more than likely come back in with some sort of dog feces on them. The office does nothing about it. Cats run wild through the apartment, a few belong to one of the god residents. The cats use the bathroom on your car and by building entrances, yet you cant do anything about it. You try to and you will get some random complaint against you. Now if all that still has you considering this place. I'd recommend getting a CT scan immediately. Also, if you attempt to move out and list this place as your current residence, they will bash you to your new landlord and make you out to be the worst tenants ever. We have never been late on rent, we keep to ourselves, we literally come home, make dinner and put our son to bed, watch a tv program and go to bed. Same thing day in day out."

"Loved it here! The management staff is very friendly and attentive. Apartments are HUGE! Not to mention it has a super convenient location (like 7 mins to downtown). Pool is nice in the summer and the private deck is a big plus! Highly recommend this place!"
