Maple Sunset Apartments

"They seem like nice apartments (my cousin lives there). I have noticed that the front building has caution tape around the first bottom apartment and large cracks going up the side of the building. Someone said the foundation is sinking. That can't be good for the people living in the first building"

From the application process through my actual move-in, the staff has been attentive, responsive, and gone above and beyond to answer my every question. I specifically worked with Jeannie, and have nothing but positive things to say. My apartment was in great condition upon moving in, and I'm very happy with the location and amount of space in my one-bedroom. Looking forward to being a happy resident here for a long time!"

"We’ve lived here for about a year now and have no negative things to say! Management has always been great, friendly, super helpful, and very prompt when it comes to maintenance requests. It’s also probably important to note that we haven’t had any particular issues with our apartment. Especially when moving in and not having seen the apartment in person before, we were really pleased with how clean everything was. Highly recommend!"

"Maple Sunset Apartments is a haven on East Inskip! The community is quiet, the property is kept beautifully, and the apartments themselves are new and very nice. Better yet is the wonderfully kind and helpful management, office staff, and maintenance staff! Everyone I've worked with there is attentive, detail-oriented, and personable. The one-bedroom apartments are spacious with lots of counter space and storage, the carpeting, vinyl, and appliances are great quality, and the porches face the gorgeous weeping willows and maples planted on the property. The complex isn't gated, but it sure feels like it is. You never see anyone but residents there. When I had to move away for the Air Force I was sad to leave; would have stayed there for years. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to settle in North Knoxville. Visit there to see for yourself! I'm not posting this for any gig or what-not. I want this place to get recognized."
